1. Umbilical cord compression -> umbilical cord에 목이 감긴 경우는 1/4, 나머지는 단순한 cord compression 2. Fetal head compression -> transient increase in ICP -> vagaus n. 자극 -> FHR 감소 3. Hypoxia & associated metabolic acidosis(Uteroplacental insufficiency) |
A. Left lateral decubitus, fluid infusion Oxytocin infusion 중단 O2 mask -> 위 방법으로 교정되지 않으면 prompt delivery(C-sec) B. Lateral decubitus & monitoring C. Prompt vaginal exam Cord compression(+) : prompt C-sec Cord compression(-) : postural change è 계속 나빠지면 fetal scalp pH 측정 è pH < 7.2이면 prompt C-sec |
