Postnasal drip :A condition in which mucus drips slowly from the sinuses to the back of the throat, causing a cough, bad breath, or an unpleasant taste
주로 snusitis, rhinitis에 의해 발생한다. 보통 2-4회 연속으로 나타나며, 특히 누워있을때 잘 나타나 수면중이나 이른아침에 심해지는 경우가 많다. 문진상 무언가 목뒤로 넘어가는 느낌, 콧물 등의 증상이 있다. 이학적 검사상 비인두와 구인두에 분비물이 관찰되거나 인두점막이 조약돌 모양으로 관찰된다.
